Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Page limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. Unused pages do not roll over. If you exceed your plan limit before the reset date, the Service will block further scraping until the next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.

The Chrome extension is designed to work with expireddomains.net. Your use of expireddomains.net is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with expireddomains.net.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with expireddomains.net's terms of service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DomainHarvest. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
Data exported through the Service from expireddomains.net belongs to you. We claim no ownership over the domain data you export.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The Service depends on third-party websites (expireddomains.net) which may change their structure at any time, potentially affecting the functionality of the extension.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOMAINHARVEST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
